The Continuum of Risk - Keller and Heckman

The “continuum of risk” is the scientific concept that not all tobacco and nicotine-delivering products are equally harmful.  Indeed, while no tobacco product may be completely “safe” it is important for businesses, researchers and consumers to understand the idea of relative harmwhen it comes to tobacco and nicotine.

CASAA - Smoke-free Alternatives Association

Formed in 2009 as an advocacy group to raise awareness and protect our right as consumers to access reduced harm alternatives.

Created as an answer to the efforts by various members of the tobacco control community to ban tobacco harm reduction (THR) products and in the belief that there is strength in our numbers.

Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act

The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act (PACT) Act law went into effect on June 29, 2010. The PACT Act features several major components: it regulates the mailing of cigarettes and smokeless tobacco products to consumers through the U.S.

2022 Synthetic Nicotine Law Update

Effective May 14th you may notice our stock is a little smaller. We will only be carrying products that have already been approved or currently in the approval process of the new synthetic nicotine law.
