Online Order and Customer Service – FAQ

Why can I not order a certain product? 

The selection you are looking for may be out of stock. Most items are restocked within 1-3 weeks. 

Which coils are compatible with my device? 

Our Tanks & Kits list compatible coils along with a link to that product. If by chance you need further assistance you can contact us here [link to contact us page] 

Do you offer any deals or discounts? 

We have weekly promotions on several different products that you can find here [link to deals page]. 

Where do you ship? 

We currently only ship within our home state of Wisconsin. 

What do I have to look for with Age Verification? 

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to purchase any product from us. You are required to input your birthdate upon entry to the site. 

When you order is delivered by the carrier, you will be required to provide a valid photo ID to prove legal age. 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We currently accept: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, and Diner’s Club. 

Do you offer to hold an item for me? 

We do not allow item holds. We also do not offer pre-orders or backorders for any of our products. 

Can you ship to a shipping forwarder? 

Yes, but only if it is within the state of Wisconsin. This is not something we provide so you must have it set up prior to placing your order. Note that when the package has been delivered to the forwarder, it is no longer the responsibility of VapinUSA. This is due to that forwarders may open and repackage any purchases. 

Order Processing - FAQ

How long does it take for my order to process? 

As long as we receive the order before 4PM CT, we will have your order processed by that day. 

If by chance, there is an issue with your order, you will be contacted by us about any issues within 24 hours. 

Am I able to make any changes to my order? 

If you have any changes you would like to make to your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you. [link to contact us page] 

My package was not delivered in the timeframe stated during checkout. 

These are general estimations of delivery times, that only account for business days. 

My Package was never delivered. 

Please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim once the package has exceeded its shipping time fraim. Once you have filed a claim, you can inform us of this issue with the claim number. 

Order has not updated on tracking. 

Please do not be alarmed, sometimes shipping scans are skipped and the tracking information isn’t updated until the package has made it to a larger hub facility, or to its destination.

How do I make a return?

What do I need to return a purchase or part of a purchase?
